Houston We Have A Problem
Waterworld
*The city of Houston is getting destroyed by tropical storm Harvey.
Over night we saw insane downpours that went all through the night into the morning.
Even the creek by my house is over the bank and about to come into the complex.
Just about every river, creek, or spillway is over capacity. Due to the rains yesterday and now starting today things aren't looking good for Houston or the surrounding areas.
Which makes you wonder with so much time to prepare why didn't the mayor of Houston suggest evacuationing? There was enough time to do so, but instead now the people of Houston are paying the price.
Southeast Houston is completely underwater, people are needing to climb into their attics and roofs due to the rising water that is entering their homes.
Even the surrounding areas of this big city are having problems as well, and this is not even the end of it.
Like I said in my last post I will try and keep everyone updated on the situation here in Houston, Texas.
Please if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
Hopefully this will not get worse than it already is, even though these past two days are only the beginning of what this monster storm that is Harvey.
Until next time be safe and get schwifty,*
