Many people do not know the healing properties of carrots, and one of them is that it tries to expel impure substances in our body, because carrot juice has the excellent properties of absorbing uric acid and other similar poisons that affect our body, also gives the blood the best services for their care.

Eating raw carrots strengthens teeth and gums. Eating raw vegetables such as carrots improves oral blood flow and prevents bacteria from attaching to teeth.

It strengthens the brain, sight and lungs, protecting them from diseases that if not treated in time, has terrible consequences.

We must consume carrot in any form or manner, whether steamed, boiled, raw, cooked, liquefied or simply fresh and snacks, because carrot is a very complete food that should be included more often in the diet, but without exaggerating its consumption.

Onions

Onions cleanse, nourish, disinfect, fortify and have healing properties. It especially cures colds, coughs, hoarseness, mucus, ulcers, swelling of any kind, skin conditions, diseases of the throat, brain, bones, stomach, intestine and kidneys.

The one who wishes in his youth a strong and normal development never forgets the onion, stimulates the appetite and regularizes the stomach; it is excellent against the pains of the belly and affections of the stomach.

The onion is good against the retention of urine, it is a depurative means against the bad moods of the body and organism.

We should eat it in any way and we will be free of many evils.

Garlic is a condiment well known by many people, for the delicious flavor it gives to our meals, but like carrot is uncooked its healing properties.

Garlic relieves and cures many diseases such as bronchitis, diarrhea, intestinal worms, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, kidneys, bladder, headache, migraine, obesity, pimples and skin conditions, melancholy, hysteria, rheumatism, heart, liver, stomach disorders, eye diseases, lack of appetite, cough, hoarse voice, cold and asthma.

Due to the fact that many people suffer from worms, we draw attention to the fact that garlic is one of the best remedies, since with garlic you get fast help and a prompt improvement.

Taking garlic daily can prevent many of these diseases already mentioned and a quick cure.

By means of garlic it is possible to avoid a premature old age because it removes the bad residues and humors of the body and above all it facilitates the heavy work of the organism, because it cleans the digestive system.

Garlic expels from the body all the diseases, substances and poisons that the body receives.

Garlic is a great enemy of uric acid and promises a long life, so you should eat garlic in any form, for a prompt improvement.

In short we should often consume carrot, onion and garlic for a healthy life
