Daily Nature Fix: Icelandic Skies. (Original Photos)
I'm burning the midnight oil here with today's Daily Nature Fix, as it's about 10 minutes past 12am. I wanted to share a few skies and landscapes from around Iceland. Sometimes the clouds and sprawling scenery jump right out at ya, and from what I remember, all of these photos were from moments like those. Of course, photos rarely do justice to what you see in person, but I hope you enjoy anyway!
^^^One of Iceland's quintessential churches among the greenery.
^^^Some low hanging clouds that were casting shadows all around the landscape.
^^^This was a sunset/sunrise combo right near Gullfoss waterfall. What I mean by that is it never gets fully dark in Iceland during the summer, and this was right as the sun was getting to it's lowest point (but not quite beyond the horizon), then starting to rise again.
^^^Some neat clouds right along the waters of the capital, Reykjavik.
^^^Towering mountains before some even more towering clouds.

Amazing
Great pictures, beautiful country.
All of the photos are so beautiful, @customnature, but I truly find something really magical in the greenery in the first one!
