Green tree python, is a dangerous snake

in #nature6 years ago

In many parts of the world there are numerous specimens of green snakes but none is as beautiful and fascinating as the Morelia viridis, better known as the green arboreal python. Most green snakes have small intertwined white spots, not the Morelia viridis, which is completely green, a bright green that allows you to camouflage with the environment in a sensational way. This species, which can reach up to 2.4 meters. long and that feeds on birds and rodents, inhabits the areas of thick vegetation of places like New Guinea, some islands of Indonesia and the peninsula of Cape York, in Australia.
