NATURE:WHY DO WE HAVE TO SLEEP IN THE NIGHT? MUST WE?

Hello Buddies,
I am @peterale, i have some rhitorical questions?
Why do we have to sleep in the night and work about doing our routines during the day?Can't we sleep during the day and we all work in the night? Has the nature really shaped us to some certain things? Must we always obey the call of all of us being indoors and sleep??
