Psychedelics have been getting a lot of attention in the media these days.
Personally I don’t need the media to tell me what I already know.
I suppose it’s good for the general public to know about these things.
The media has wrote numerous articles about the use of psychedelics and seem to always throw in something negative about them. This one wasn’t that bad.

In this case they interviewed a woman
Ayelet Waldman

She had quite the list of medications she had tried.
Through micro dosing LSD she found the relief she was looking for.

They also talk about the studies on cancer patients taking psilocybin to relieve end of life anxiety.
A woman tells of her experience while under the treatment.
She had ovarian cancer and beat it but feared it would come back.
This fear became an overwhelming anxiety.
She signed up for the trials and during the experience had a breakthrough.
She saw a black mass where the cancer was and told it to leave.
Since then she has been been leading a happy life free from this anxiety caused by fear.
Certainly worth the watch.

I found your post through @omitaylor in our SMG group and I like it.

I think growing up in liberal Holland colors my idea towards psychedelics compared to the rest of the world, but I didnt know it also works in a recovery kind of way..cool!

Thanks for posting. I'm hoping there will be more research into this on a wide scale, especially concerning micro-dosing. Cannabis and Peyote has incredible potential for medicine also.

Stopping by from SMG facebook group visitng all members. Keni posted a list so I checked out your blog and followed. See you around!

Interesting. I have noticed psychedelics are becoming more main stream lately and its great. Besides weed they are some of the least harmful drugs and they do have uses (tripping for the sake of tripping is valid a use too, if you ask me). I know mushrooms and LSD can be used to treat cluster headaches.

Good post.

Some great potential for a lot of things. Hopefully they at least allow more research.
