RE: Signs of Diabetes Recurrence
Hi
Very well written topic. It is true that diabetes is a chronic disease that affects about 30.3 million people (9.4% of the U.S. population according to National Diabetes Statistics Report, 2017. It cost millions of dollar each year. Although people think it can be controlled with diet, exercise, and natural remedies, it may not help to manage diabetes for most people. There are many myths about diabetes that I thought is very useful, for example, visit

Good job mate! Though I would say that diet and lifestyle changes have been shown to control early T2DM fairly well... the problem is getting people to actually stick to the required changes!
Well said. Although multiple drugs or insulin available, diet, exercise and lifestyle changes are very much necessary to control diabetes. As you have mentioned there is always honeymoon period people continue the healthy lifestyle changes, but it may not last long. So we need the determination to continue to do the same.
Thank you for your reply.
