Our heritage

Lahugala is a beautiful village located in the Ampara District of Sri Lanka. I am also its heir. We are very proud of the beautiful scenery there. Through this blog, I hope to present such fascinating views inherited from nature as well as ancient sites that exhibit our identity of archaeological value. I am studying for a degree in Archaeology and I hope to explore such places and share them with the users of this site. It is my intention to note here some of the scenic spots we sometimes encounter outside the area. I think this will be able to attract tourists from all over the world. It is our responsibility to take care of our own heritage that is being lost to us, and it will be a matter of urgency to show it to the world.
