1.Always get up in the morning

Rasulullah always wake up in the morning to perform the morning prayers. Waking up makes people more productive to start the day, otherwise wake up is also beneficial for mental health.

2. Eat enough

Humans do have a high appetite but should be clever-pandailah in controlling the appetite. In Islam the need for the body has been determined 1/3 to eat, 1/3 to drink and 1/3 to breathe. So you should not overeat because it can cause sleepiness and lazy in doing the activity.

3. Eat slowly

The body takes 20 minutes to send a signal to the brain that indicates the stomach is full. Eating slowly will help you eat less with a large portion and that's what the Prophet did during his lifetime.

4. Drink two or three tenggakkan.

Do not drink water with one breath because it will make the lungs narrow and breath will be heavy. As recommended by the Prophet should drink with three or three breaths.

5. Eat pomegranates

One of Muhammad's favorite fruits is the pomegranate. Pomegranate proved to have properties for the body because it contains minerals that can help the formation of bone structures during the process of metabolism and prevent the formation of enzymes that can destroy connective tissue.

6. Fasting

Fasting is not only done by the Prophet during the month of Ramadan, but the Prophet also fasted at other times, such as Monday and Thursday, and fasting on the 13th, 14th, and 15th of every month. By fasting the body will become healthier, and fresh and can lower cholesterol levels in the blood.

7. Eating dates

After fasting all day the body will feel hungry, and when breaking eat the date palm to eliminate the hunger. Dates are very useful to stabilize blood sugar levels in the body.

8. Sport

Not only eating, exercise is also needed to keep the body healthy and fit. Rasulullah always do various types of sports such as swimming, horseback riding and archery.
