What do you all think about NEBL

I bought some Neblio about a month ago sitting at $17 and change. It rose to $60 and dropped right back down. Hasn't seen movement like that since. Currently just sitting over a $221 million market cap. I'm HODLing this coin. What's everyone's thoughts on this underpriced project?
