Cachorros amorosos

The dog is man's best friend, even more so if they are puppies. Ideally, when a dog is adopted, it should be part of the family. That is to say that it enjoys good health, is clean, eats the food at its hours and plays freely with its owners. I mention this because in many cases people believe that dogs are passing objects, being at first (puppy) the center of attention and then (adult) a nuisance and "bred" in the street carrying a number of diseases.

When you are willing to raise dogs you have to learn to be responsible in every way.

Having clarified part of the meaning of having a dog, I tell you that I dared to weave these curious amigurumis, measure 8cm high. They were knitted following 3 tutorial videos: Canal crochet (I leave the link at the end), El principe del chochet-chihuahua and By petus-cachorro de Sheyla.

Materiales:

  • Lana acrílica / Acrylic wool
  • crochet Nº2
  • perlitas negras / black pearls
  • aguja punta roma / blunt point needle
  • napa siliconada / siliconated nappa
  • tijera / scissors
  • alfileres / pins
  • internet

It began by weaving the head and body, both of which are in one piece. Followed by the extremities, ears and snout. For the head assembly, the eyes, the snout and the ears were sewn together. The latter vary in position according to the breed of dogs.

Finally, the muzzle was embroidered and details such as the eyebrows were placed. Some eyes are made of pearls, because if I embroidered them, it would not stand out, especially when the face is black.

Y listo, tenemos a los cachorros amorosos.
¡…Hasta la próxima!

And ready, we have the loving puppies.
See you next time!

These are adorable! A whole litter of beautiful puppies to enjoy! I totally agree with your sentiment that adoption of a dog is a lifetime commitment. Puppies are nice but it is the dog that you spend your life with.
Great post!

Thank you. In many regions of Peru this reality is observed, I hope that people become aware and love man's best friend. Greetings and blessings!
