@devyleona has been embracing us with her beautiful cross stitch work. She is sharing this cute classic Mickey and Minnie Valentines Day idea which could be sewn into many things. She includes a video on how to cross stitch your work faster because this type of needlework tends to be very time consuming.

ecoDesigns Textile Upcycled Product of the Week | Chakboard Erasers by @ecodesigns

Upcyccling has become one of #NeedleWorkMondays staple projects! There are several of us finding ways to reduce waste and save monies by making old and unused items into something useful and functional. Here, @ecodesigns talks about the shortage of chalkboard erasers in Cameroon due to expensive prices. So their team got to work and came up with a way to help fix this problem. Join in and read about the making of these erasers from repurposing textile waste products.

One of the joys of creating your own art pieces is knowing you are using your own hands to make special gifts that are made with love. We can take our time to customize each piece.
