Welcome folks to your weekly installment of what's going down in the City of Neoxian. If you haven't already, come in and join us in our discord to see what the latest is.
This week we have new curators, school updates, photo competitions and more.

@axeman has joined us this week and has taken on the role of curating on Friday.
He is a professional photographer and adds another layer of colourful diversity to our highly creative team. Now our scope for curation can be broader.
Raymondspeaks has stepped down from his curation spot to allow this to happen. He thought it was best since we have so many talented writers on the curation team already. Having @axeman on our team gives us that extra level of creativeness to utilise.

Posting from our website means that your post will be automatically shared in one of our discord channels where high stakeholders are waiting to curate.

As most of you are aware, 5% of all post rewards go to neoxianburn and are used to buy up more neoxag from the market.
Outstanding Citizen award
Trainee Dragon @raymondspeaks has taken it upon himself to offer his 10% earnings reward at the end of Sunday night, and merge it into an honour which can be bestowed on city dwellers for going above and beyond the call of duty. Make no mistake, this is an award that will be given to people for helping, sharing and giving, rather than taking and selling.
The prize will be no less than 1000 staked neoxag but will grow as he grows in stake power. Outstanding citizen will also get a daily upvote from him for an entire week
This award cannot be earned, it can only be given -- by that it means you can nominate someone, but you cannot vote for yourself. If no Citizens are chosen then the pool will roll over to the following week.
There is no winner this week.
Please be reminded that only exceptional work will stand a chance of winning. For example:
- Working hard outwith your normal earned duties
- Chatting lots
- Buying lots of coins from the market and staking them
- Upholding the city philosophy to a high standard
This is now the seventh week @raymondspeaks has done this, and that has been 6,000 neoxag stake he has given away.

If you haven't already then I suggest you check out our Dtube competition which runs weekly.
This week we've already closed submissions for "turning a negative into a positive". But next week will be equally as exciting!!

Where do you fit into the City of Neoxian?
A lot of people come here and get sucked into the friendliness of our server. Some people want to take on roles in the city, others just want to chat and have a good time. There's nothing wrong with either!
What we haven't seen many of though is those wanting to create new roles and responsibilities for themselves in Neoxian City. Our Dragonmaster Neoxian is always open to new ideas.
