Although the bill would likely have a hard time in the House, and be vetoed by Trump, it would force the members of Congress to explicitly take a side, having something of an impact on upcoming elections given the large support for NN.

Everyone, Cross your fingers, find a four leaf clover, do whatever you do for luck. If you're in the U.S., pester your Reps.
