My name is Gracious Gorre, 22 years old. I am a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management graduate from La Salle University.

You my wonder right now how to do that cuz practically, here in the Philippines a lot of people working for money, and the truth is we earn minimum of 350 a day or maybe 500 for some. Have you still remember your elementary years, high school and even college years? When we sum it up, we spend 14 years studying to become professional.

Now I’m going to reveal to why a lot of people are jobless.

Reality No 1

A lot of people are jobless because, every year there are graduates and no establishment that can accommodate all.

We spend 14 years studying, for what? for the future to become professional. right?
Now the reality is, at school we are trained to become good employee, we are not trained to be a boss of our own.

Look at this;

Elementary = with I.D. = listen always to the teacher
High school = with I.D. = listen always to the teacher
College = with I.D. = listen always to the Professor
Working = with I.D. = listen always to your BOSS

Could you Imagine that? I’m not against education. But what I’m trying to say is we spent Time, big money, effort and the result is jobless? o common that’s unfair.

And If you are employed. I’m going to ask you. Are you satisfied with your salary?
maybe you will say No, or maybe you say, Ok Ok lang, but I’m telling you when we were kids, we have a lot of dreams correct? one of it is to have our dreams house, to have luxury car and to travel abroad.

Reality is our salary is not enough to achieve that dreams. When we grew up, we are always feed by the word “Mahirap ang buhay ngayun” Right?

Now, as we always hear that “phrase” it also grows on our mind that to achieve our dreams is difficult. Did you realize that you limit yourself to achieve your goals, because the reason is you got small salary. Now I’m telling you, don’t think negative and start thinking that you will become millionaire in 2 years or 3 years time.

You may ask yourself now, is that possible? I tell you Yes!!!

Some people look opportunities in other countries why?, cuz what is in our mind is to find a good job and for big income.
