Failing with lifestyle changes? This is what you do wrong!

More and more people are interested in lifestyle changes, usually those who are dissatisfied with themselves for some reason. It doesn't really matter if they do it because they are overweight or unfit or not healthy enough. Whatever is the motivation these changes are not easy, and a lot of people fail regardless of how resolute they are in the beginning.
Does this sound familiar? Did you start a lot of times but didn't finish? Instead of constantly blaming yourself you should try to find out what is the root of the problem. Self-flagellation is unnecessary just like blaming others or the circumstances.

What are the reasons for failure?

More than you can handle: If you set goals which are so far away you can't even see them don't be surprised if you are not strong enough to go all the way. Of course, it's not a problem if there is an ultimate goal, but you should have smaller ones which are achievable so you'll have success on the way. Think about it as a flight of stairs every step is important to get to the top.
Try to enjoy the journey, finishing it shouldn't be the only satisfaction.

Give time! If you expect results in two days, you are going to be disappointed and might stop too early. Accept that nothing happens in an instance. Give yourself time to achieve something, don't give up in the beginning because you can't see the changes. Good time-management is fundamental you might fail because you did it wrong.

Think about how long since you've been living your life the current way. How much time did it take for you to gain weight and become lazy? Give yourself at least the same amount of time to get back on track. I will always tell new mums: it takes nine months to get back into top shape, exactly as long as the pregnancy lasted.

Don't just take away, substitute! One of the hardest parts of changing your lifestyle is not the regular exercising, you can probably force yourself to do it. It's way harder to take away food which you ate on a daily basis, but are unhealthy. If all of a sudden you stop eating all of them your new diet might seem too dull. Take your time to look around, search for substitutes so your diet will stay diverse and fill you up without being unhealthy.

On the other hand, it's a fact that 70 percent of our looks depends on what we eat. It doesn't matter how much you train if you don't eat well. You can wait for the great abs, toned muscles, lovely thighs it's not going to happen.

The New Year is an excellent opportunity to take back control!

Yes, that’s the main point. It’s so difficult if your family is not supporting you in your goals

I will always support you

Thank you!:-)💋💋💋

Yes, great post. People need to understand that they need to string together a bunch of good days and achieve small goals in order to achieve the big ones. The chinese wall was not built in one day or week, it was built over years brick by brick.
