Recipe
SUPPLEMENTARY SUPPLEMENTS:
vegetable oil
smooth flour
Water
Bay leaf
new spice
whole pepper
home ketchup - (or puree)
salt
cinnamon
natural sugar
8 peppers
Pepper filling:
100g oat flakes
100g of cooked rice
200g grated carrots and celery
2 onions
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of red peppers ground
garlic
pepper
salt
marjoram
vegetable oil
