Need help understanding steem vests

So I queried my user account: https://steemit.com/@blocksonblocks.json

I see as of now, received_vesting_shares":"57000.000000 VESTS

However, I haven't actually received any STEEM, will this continue to grow until I power down? Then at that time I will receive the STEEM?

Looking at steemd.com, I see:

steem_per_mvests
488.096

So I would think, for my 57000 vests, I should see 57,000/1,000,000 * 488.096 = 27.82 STEEM
