Yes, I've donated blood plenty of times. I use to do it a couple of times a year but I have not done it in quite a few years, but it's something I should start doing again...especially with the health benefits you listed.
I also use to be a Combat Lifesaver in the Army and we had to learn how to give IV's by practicing on each other. I've literally seen people turn green and pass out. It's comical every time. Is that mean of me to find that funny?
Laughter could be the reason why people were not passing out! They say laughter is the best medicine.

I only play sports if it's with the children! If I'm not steeming or trading crypto, I work out in our big yard or spend as much time with my family as I can. I do of course watch Amerian Football when the season is here. Do you play sports?
I use to play basketball for exercise with my neighbors but it seldom happens because of my work.

Trading crypto is short for trading crypto currency(Bitcoin, Ethereum, Steem, etc.). There are sites like Kraken.com and Bittrex to trade currency just like a stock trader.
We have two children, but I may as well have a third because their cousin is over here quite frequently. She's at my side as I type this, lol.
Sometimes I jog. Not every week though,because of my very hectic schedule.
