💡Steemit in a minute #25 Finally, we have a delete post function
Delete has been a long awaited function on steemit. I accidentally discovered there is a Delete link under my post and it works!
I tried to google but there seems not an official documentation talking about this delete function yet. I am still not sure about all the details. Let's give it a try.
How to delete a steemit post
The first step is to create a new post. After the posting, click to see your new page. You have to scroll down to the end of the content. There is a Delete link, Bingo!
After clicking Delete, a confirmation box popped up. It is confusing to see the title as "Confirm Delete Comment".
Click Ok...
You will then see a blank page. Don't be panic! Checking your blog home page and you will find the post already deleted! Hurrah!
Although the user experience is not perfect, it works fine. There should be some rules behind when the delete function is available. For example, it is not available for my old posts. I have not tested this feature on other sites such as busy.org yet. Please feel free to add on your sharing.

Thank you @kriscantu for reading. Please note that delete does not work for old post at the moment. It only works for newly created post. But it is still better than nothing.

i havent tried it yet, but will the post older than 7 days are able to be deleted ?
The delete link is not available for my blog post even within 7 days. It seems like only newly created post can be deleted.
