JAKARTA, - Head of Jakarta Transportation Management Agency (BPTJ), Ministry of Transportation, Bambang Prihartono said that online taxis that meet the requirements in the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 108 of 2017, can be treated like public transportation.

One of the effects is that online taxis are free to traverse the streets with odd-even rules, just like public transport.

"If you already support (obey) PM 108, it means that this taxi (online) has officially become a taxi (public transportation).
If it was officially a taxi, the treatment would be the same, "said Bambang in the discussion and even odd-even socialization for special lease transport, in Jakarta, Wednesday (9/5/2018).
