Are you safe in this world right now ?? (Part 01)

Computer modeling used a decade ago to predict how quickly global average temperatures would rise may have forecast too much warming, a study has found.
The Earth warmed more slowly than the models forecast, meaning the planet has a slightly better chance of meeting the goals set out in the Paris climate agreement, including limiting global warming to 1.5C above pre-industrial levels.

What is the Definition?

Our Earth is home to many beautiful plants and animals. It is just the right temperature for these living things to grow and live. However, over the last hundred years, Earth’s average temperature has begun to rise. This change is called global warming.
Scientists believe global warming is causing problems, such as larger, more powerful storms and rising water in our oceans. Certain plants and animals may be dying because of global warming. Most scientists believe people and the way they live are the leading cause of global warming. Luckily, there are several things we can do to help slow down global warming.
Specialist Said,
Professor Grubb said the reassessment of the situation was good news for low-lying countries and island states in the Pacific, which would be swamped by sea-level rises if average temperatures rose by more than 1.5C.

Who is the victim of global warming?
Humans can be victims of other humans — in wars and crimes. Humans can be victims of nature, and suffer from earthquakes and other hazards. Nature can suffer from humans — as the impact of excessive over-consumption of the planet’s resources provokes climate change. And humans can suffer from climate change — ironically, from the suffering of the nature, inflicted by humans.
Human-induced disasters have a clear guilt/responsibility and a clear victimhood. Natural disasters have a clear victimhood, but unclear direct responsibility as they result from the “anger of mother-nature” (though indirect responsibility can be attached to governments). When it comes to climate change disasters and victims, we witness an interesting situation. Everybody — governments, the private sector and even individual people with luxurious over-consumptive lifestyles — could be the victimizer, but also everybody could be a potential victim.
