I wrote a short thread on my Twitter (X) account starting with ''All Syria needed was enough fuel from its allies,' which I felt needed to be shared with a wider audience.

The following is the text of the thread on Twitter:

All #Syria needed throughout the #US-led #NATO war of #terrorism was enough fuel to keep its economy afloat, its 2 allies are among the world's main producers of gas & oil who decided to support the Turkish economy instead, what could happen when empowering an enemy over an ally?

That was during an existential conflict waged by #Turkey to serve bigger enemies against #Syria, #Iran & #Russia.

For those parroting Iran & Russia won't fight on behalf of the Syrians when the SAA wasn't willing to fight, where are the S300 Syria bought? Turkey was given S400.

We don't deny that Iran sent a few ships carrying oil to Syria throughout 13.5 years and benefited greatly by imposing its will over the water crossings, those weren't enough & what Iran gave Turkey was much more, the Iranians never thought of using as leverage against the Turks.

The Syrians were betrayed by the whole world, those who were against them and sought the regime change in Syria, those who took a 'balanced' position, those who stood silent, and the allies who were helping Syria's enemies Turkey and Israel, directly and indirectly.

Russia introduced itself after years of hesitating as Syria's ally in the combating of terrorism in Syria who over 15 thousands of those terrorists were from Russian republics.

The first act Russia did was signing an agreement of no conflict with the Israelis over Syria's skies!

End of the thread.
