Stephen Hawking (76) Died Today at his home in Cambridge in the early hours of Wednesday

At the age of 22 Stephen Hawking was given only a few years to live after being diagnosed with a rare form of motor neurone disease known as ALS. Over 50 years later the legendary theoretical physicist, cosmologist, and author has peacefully died in his home, according to his family.

    Stephen Hawking gave a lot to the world and many will be saddened with his passing. He has certainly earned his rest.
