James Karen, Actor in 'Poltergeist'

James Karen! sigh He really was one of the greatest character actors of all time and very, very funny and he didn't even have to try. A great talent who lived a full life but will be sorely missed. Thank you for the laughs James. We love you and will miss you.

It's very odd, I saw him do a cameo in Cynthia and I was recently listening to Goosebumps audiobooks one of them being Revenge of the Lawn Gnomes where James Karen voices Joe's Father and was really funny in that too.

Looks like I'll be watching Return of the Living Dead in honor and memory of him.
