4A GAMES says the studio's long silence for METRO EXODUS
Metro Exodus makers say the game remained a great secret because they thought it was impossible to create this title.
Many people are worried about whether the 4A games will be released after the introduction of ARTIKA.1, a new version of Metro, but the studio was basically working hard on this title.
4A Games was a small studio to build AAA games and compete with the world's best developers, so they hid Metro Exodus to make sure such names are possible.
That's what Andrei Prokhorov, a 4A Games studio designer, said in an interview with Polygon that it's likely to be larger in the exodus of previous versions of Metro. He said:
"Why did we stay silent for a long time? Why in the past three years, we thought such an approximation would be almost impossible."
According to Professor Prokopov, the Metro's author, Dmitry Glukhovsky, always pushes his team to try new things and to understand why some things appear to be impossible at first:
"We really have a hard time because Golokhovsky is a very passionate and enthusiastic person. He always tries to convince us to do more. It's technically impossible, but it does not seem possible at the start of the work," he said.
Metro Exodus was introduced last month at the Microsoft conference for the E3 2017 and is scheduled to be released for the PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
