It looks like this judge has decided to extend the "no expectation of privacy" bullcrap to its "logical" conclusion: people should have no expectation of privacy soon because it's possible they can be spied on by technology, and therefore the law should not allow us to have any privacy rights (because we should expect to be spied upon by technology). Courts are miserably failing on this issue.
