Reconstruction of Prague Astronomical Clock will be finished soon
Hi everyone!
If you recently visited Prague, the capital city of my beautiful homeland Czech Republic, you might have noticed that the Astronomical Clock, one of the most iconic tourist attractions of the city, was under reconstruction and was thus out of order. After more than a year and a half, however, the reconstruction works are just about to finish and the medieval clock whose origin dates back to 1410 will be unveiled to the public again on Friday, September 28.

Colloquially known just as "Orloj", the Astronomical Clock is mounted on the Old Town Hall, one of the most important buildings of the Old Town Square in the very historic center of Prague. There is a very popular show called "the apostles walk" held every hour inside of the clock with figures of the apostles and some other sculptures moving around the clock. Thousands of tourists and spectators usually gathers in front of the Old Town Hall to watch the show.

It must be very unfortunate for the tourist who visit Prague at the time of construction. It's such a bad coincidence, I had that in Rome, everything was under maintenance.

Hi @czechglobalhosts, I have seen before through internet the Prague Astronomical Clock increase Prague's beauty and traditional culture. Great news of finishing Reconstruction of clock. I think with this news visitors satisfy much better.
