it's a total scam, we made the error here of passing a law to regulate cannabis as if it was alcohol, they have taken that analogy way too far. They will bust you for an open container of cannabis as if you were drunk driving. By legalizing it they actually put more people at risk, when it was decriminalized, they could not search for the smell of pot and if you were caught it was a $100 ticket. Now since it is a crime again they can search your car for a smell and if they find an open container of it they will charge you with a DUI.
