I heard that the transaction is made by Bitcoin. He is intelligent man because he knows it for the fact that he will not be easily caught up for using this. Back in the days, he was demanding for 10 Bitcoin that is worth 10k dollar. I believe that is why he still have lots of money to bribe all this wicked people because nobody can shutdown your bank account in Crypto even when you are in jail.
