Very persuasive evidence. It makes perfect sense. It happened in the states with alcohol after prohibition era. The gangster history of the US comes from there. I did not know the figures in the case of Portugal. So, i guess it wont hurt more to try a different approach to the drug problem in Mexico. Let's hope if they go through with decriminalizing drugs this ends the war for good.
