Filling a complaint at the Riverside Cop Shop

After being harassed by Riverside Police for "a call of Suspicious Activity" I go to file a complaint at the Riverside Police Department for harassment, and violation of my rights. I find out, by checking the call log, that there never was a call to that location, on that date, at that time.
