With the continuing diplomatic efforts of Bangladesh on the question of Rohingya, the international community has turned a lot from their position. In continuation of this, a delegation of the United Nations Security Council recently visited Bangladesh to observe the situation of the Rohingya. The delegation visited the Rohingya shelters located in Cox's Bazar on the outskirts. Later, they went to Myanmar.

Currently 'Refugees' is a global problem. But even if the refugee adoptive state fails to take appropriate action, then such problem arises from the state level. The state of refugees has to continue diplomatic efforts. Considering that the situation in Dhaka is so intense that Myanmar has created this problem and they have to solve it.

We also believe that safe and sustainable rehabilitation of refugees is the only acceptable legal and international solution to this problem. Bangladesh must continue to pursue diplomatic efforts to force Myanmar to reinstate international standards. Any neglect here will face a permanent crisis of Bangladesh.

Rehabilitation is the only solution for us, but it is also necessary to be prosecuted in international law and human rights as well as the crime against Myanmar humanity. Only civil activities are not enough, criminal action is also necessary. Myanmar has not only reduced the ethnic group out of its own country by making refugees, but in the process they have done the crime against humanity. That is why the demand for humanity to be judged on this crime is the claim of humanity.

Myanmar has killed the Rohingyas, rape, gang-rape, arson and ransacked their families. Myanmar has carried out the killing as part of their deliberations.

The International Criminal Court (ICC), the International Criminal Court (ICC), to prosecute such crimes, has different regional courts. These courts have jurisdictional differences.

Asked whether the ICC has the jurisdiction to prosecute Myanmar's crime, the Chief Prosecutor has filed an application on April 9 in the court.

Although Myanmar has already claimed that the ICC does not have the jurisdiction to judge them. Because Myanmar is not a member of the ICC. They have not signed the ICC charter or they have not accepted its jurisdiction earlier. Moreover, the accused are Myanmar soldiers and 'alleged' crimes have been organized in the Rakhine state of Myanmar territory. But now we are waiting for international community including Dhaka, 'Let's see, what the ICC did.
