10 new law for teachers coming!

The Ministry of Education publishes a draft for more new 10 lawmakers for teachers. The ministry of education has published it on their website to take opinion of the draft law. Ministry of Education sought feedback until April 10.

Earlier, in last October, the Education Ministry drew a draft of the education law and the Education Ministry had called. The Ministry of Education has drafted a new draft, criticizing some issues, considering various proposals.

In cases where the teacher and educational institution will be punished and fined-

1. The salary and other fees of the students in all educational institutions, including English medium, can not be determined without government approval. In violation of law, the provision of five lakh taka or one year imprisonment or a two-year imprisonment has been made. Although English medium institutions are mandatory, it will be mandatory to teach Bangla and Bangladesh Studies subjects.

2. According to the law, all educational institutions including kindergarten, English medium and Ebtedayi madrasas must be compulsory to be assigned to the designated authority. In violation of this provision of registration, the person or organization responsible for closing the highest institution will be fined or sentenced to six months imprisonment or both.

3. All educational institutions will be compulsorily registered at the secondary level, general education, madrasa, technical and vocational education and any medium of English medium or any foreign educational institute. In violation of this rule, the person or organization responsible for closure of the highest institution must be punished with a penalty of up to three lakh taka or six months in prison or both.

4. National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) will prepare pre-primary, primary and secondary education curriculum and syllabus. Apart from NCTB's approval, no additional topics or books can be included in this level. If any additional books are included then the fine will be punished with imprisonment and six months in prison or both.

5. The programs which hit the educational institutions and the religious sentiments of the culture of different ethnic groups, including the Bengali culture and Bengali culture, would be considered as offenses. It has also been fined and sentenced to six months imprisonment or both.

6. The government will take appropriate steps to stop private tuition and coaching. In violation of this section, he will be punished with a fine of not less than two lakh taka or six months in prison or both.

7. Regarding physical and mental punishment of students, it is said that mental or physical punishment can not be given to the educational institutions. In violation of this, the teacher will be punished with a fine not exceeding Taka 10,000 or a three-month imprisonment.

8. Due to the absence of prescribed textbooks in the primary and secondary media, it was fined two lakh taka or six months in jail or two bars while reading the books outside.

9. Permission for establishment and management of colleges will be obtained. Otherwise, a fine of 10 lakh rupees will be fine or five years in jail or both.

10. If you run private universities without permission or establish branch campus, stady center or tutorial center, you will have to pay a fine of five years or fine of Tk 10 lakh or both.
