The country's first Vice Foreign Minister Kim K. Guon said in a statement that if the Trump administration keeps us cornered and unilaterally discourages our nuclear weapons, we are not willing to talk about this meeting.

He said, then we will have to think again about our North Korean-US summit.

North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un will have a long-standing meeting with Trump on June 12 in Singapore.

After the announcement that North Korea is ready to stop its nuclear program, the date of the meeting has been fixed.

BBC News reported that the angry South Korea and United States joint military exercises have withdrawn from the upcoming ministerial meeting with South Korea on Wednesday.
