RE: How Dare You Trust Politicians to Save the World? [VIDEO]

in #news5 years ago

Exactly, Jeff! I voluntarily litter pick to get rid of rubbish in the county I live in (having to use a petrol powered van to get to and from the sites and even take some large bits of recyclable waste to the nearest local recycling centre because electric vans would be useless compared to the longer range Vauxhall Corsavan), I make sure that recyclable rubbish goes in the right bin and not in the general waste bins by default, we save on power when we don't need it, we save on using water when we don't need it, we make sure we protect endangered wild animals and insects in the back gardens from nearly every threat there is, we keep typical birds out of the way of traffic, we help to upgrade the cycle paths, we make sure the railways can be up to scratch as they possibly can, we campaign to get cannabis (and then hemp) legalised, we make sure that the trees are protected from logging, I expose how the anti-dog fouling, illegal dumping and littering laws in Scotland are completely useless by way of FOI requests and full research and by the way the vehicles we use are low in CO2 emissions and somehow, according to people like Greta Thunberg & Extinction Rebellion it's not enough?! I may be an environmentalist but I have to say, I have really woken up to the madness being put out there by these globalist shills that are not really there to save the environment, just really to take our rights away under the disguise of 'we need to save the planet!'.
