Again: Forest Fires In Indonesia

The forest fires that is happening in Riau, Indonesia, for the last few days sent its fumes to other provinces nearby including Aceh my province and it's city; Langsa. This is increasingly troubling the peoples and its impact on the health of everyone disrupted their activities. The smoke is getting thicker and thicker from day to day, the government does not seem to be handling this well. Where basic life things they cant give to it's people: fresh air. Very bad environmental damage has decreased the beautiful of Indonesian earth and spread damage to many parties. Whoever has caused this fire is not only evil to fellow humans but has committed crimes against the environment, animals that live in it and the forest plants.

So Expensive Fresh Air!

Last night when I was traveling to Medan located in the province of North Sumatra, the air was very bad and smoky, they said this was included as the 'unhealthy' category. People wear masks as a basic anticipation. So many do not want to leave the house due to unhealthy air outside, while at home they have a decent air conditioner that can provide fresh and cold air, but for people who do not have air conditioner it feels a little bit suffering. Occasionally going to a minimarket / supermarket that has air conditioning is another alternative to be able to breathe fresh air. Even for a couple of minute. Buy something. Also many people who have to leave home to go to work and school however.

Thick Smokes

Arrived in my place, Langsa City, in Aceh province. This is the nothern tip of Sumatra where the smokes reach his landing. Look at this view, the port of Kuala Langsa has been smoking badly since yesterday. right there in front of this bay normally I can see Telaga Tujuh island but today it's invisible due to smoke. Limited visibility and very unhealthy air make fishermen unable to go for fishing. Fishermen with large vessels and complete equipment can leave to work because they have large lights. But fishermen with small boats choose to look for crabs near mangrove forest area. The price of fish on the market has increased.
