Rape of four women in one home

Four women of one house were raped in Karnaphuli upazila of Chittagong. This incident happened on the night of Dec 12. There was no male member on that day. Three women raped, three jaws Other women are their relatives. He came to visit. The family members complained, the window of the grill cut, four robbers entered the house. After rape the robbers also took money, gold ornaments.

Five days after the incident, on Sunday (December 17th) a case was filed with the Karnaphuli Police Station. The matter is known today on Monday. Local Union Parishad (UP) chairman Didarul Islam has alleged that police was uncooperative behind taking time to file a case.

Family members said that after the incident, members of the family sent Karnafuli Police Station to the police station to Patiya Police Station the next morning. Patiya police station sent them again to the Karnaphuli Police Station. Later, the police became active in the direction of State Minister of Land Saifuzzaman Chowdhury. So far, two people have been arrested in this case after taking the case. On Sunday night, a young man named Karnaphuli Police Station Mohammad Suman alias Abu (23) and another person named Kalu were arrested on Monday.

Yesterday morning, four women were sent to the Chittagong Medical College Hospital for medical examination.

UP chairman Didarul Islam said, on December 12, around fourteen robbers entered the house of one cell in the middle of a house. Then the old lady was asleep, her three sons' wife and a relative who came to visit. In the house, the robbers looted 15 pieces of gold, money and valuables. The robbers raped four women without being seen in the house and threatened with arms.

Didarul Islam said some pictures of suspected youths of the victims of rape were shown pictures. They identified both of them. Police arrested both of them.

When asked about the reason for delaying the case, Karnaphuli Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Syedul Mostafa said, they did not first mention the rape. They said the village name was also wrong. They were sent to Patiya police station as they were sent there. After 2-1 days they came to the right name. So the complaint has been received in Karnaphuli Police Station.
