Bowing to weight from restless partners, President Donald Trump unexpectedly switched himself Wednesday and marked an official request ending his organization's arrangement of isolating youngsters from their folks when they are kept illicitly crossing the U.S. fringe.

It was an emotional turnaround for Trump, who has been demanding, wrongly, that his organization had no real option except to isolate families caught at the fringe in light of government law and a court choice.
