Microsoft Pix camera app gets document support
Microsoft’s Pix camera app has been updated for iOS devices, enabling users to now take clearer scans of documents and whiteboards, as noted in an article from Gadgets 360.
The updated version of Pix is now able to automatically detect documents, whiteboards and business cards whenever these items are displayed in front of the camera, adjusting the various camera settings to ensure a clear and steady scan.
Once the scan is taken, the app’s AI uses camera editing tools such as cropping and sharpening to improve the final product, and the app can also add lined paper to the scan among other effects.
