Afridi-Malik-Thesara at World XI

World XI will play a Twenty20 match against the West Indies on May 31 at Lord's. For this match, the World XI captain has already been appointed. England captain Eoin Morgan will lead the World XI in the one-day and Twenty format format.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the names of three other cricketers for the World XI on Thursday. These three cricketers are Pakistan's Shahid Afridi and Shoaib Malik. The other cricketer is Sri Lanka's Thesaura Perera. All three are all-rounders.

Last year, some West Indies stadiums were damaged by the storms of Irma and Mariah. These stadiums require lots of money for the renovation work. That's why this T-20 match has been organized. The money generated from this match will be spent on the repair of the damaged stadium in the West Indies.

West Indies have already announced their squad for this match. Carlos Brathwaite will be the captain of the Caribbean team in the match. All-rounder Andre Russell has returned to the squad.
