You Could Collect $1,200 per call if you got a Dish Network Telemarketing Call

You could be able to collect $1,200 per call if you received a telemarketing call from Disk Network in 2010 or 2011. If you think that sounds too good to be true, you're not alone! In fact, believe it or not, Lawyers are saying that they are having trouble convincing people to sign up to get the money they're owed from the $61 million class action lawsuit.

The $61 million class action lawsuit against Dish Network was the result of illegal telemarketing to people on the National Do Not Call Registry. The jury awarded $400 for each of the 51,000 calls made in violation of the Do Not Call Registry. Not only that, but the judge then later determined Dish "willfully and knowingly violated" the law and tripled the damages to $1,200 per call!
