"If a scientific study can not be convicted, it is a study that can be justified, the subject is scientific, can not rule with the law, but usually it is scientifically refuted," Hibnu said on Monday (9/4/2018).
Hibnu added the statement about the potential tsunami in Pandeglang was submitted by the official government agency. Therefore, he disagrees if the information is called making noise.
"It's a disagreement if it's a hoax, it's not official, it's official information. if the police say it makes me not right." said Hibnu.
