It's pretty blurry video to actually conclude gun fire was coming from the helicopter. We definitely know gun fire was coming from more than one location but in all the videos I've seen I don't here a helicopter and gun fire at the same time. So I'm guessing the helicopter was on scene after the shooting stopped.
Well the images are pretty clear to me, blurred or not, there is a section of this video which seriously cannot be anything else but gunfire ! It was during the shooting was going on, you can hear the shots going off on the video @wakeupund ! Did you see my post from yesterday ? These two weird towers set behind the stage ? Definately multiple shooters and carried out by a well trained military group !
