Interesting post Mr NUTZ! Reminds me of my time in Prague this past summer. Supposedly the number one beer drinking city in the world. You could see people there drinking beer for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Walking down the street, in a public park, and especially in beer gardens. Surprisingly you didn't see too many rowdy drunk people stumbling around. As you can see in the photo, drinking and driving is even allowed. From Odessa Ukraine, Cheers!
