Xiaomi said it was slightly oversubscribed and priced its Hong Kong IPO at hk $17 a share
On July 6, xiaomi announced the offering price and the result of the offering, which will raise a net hk $24 billion through its Hong Kong IPO, at hk $17 per share.
A total of 1,034,986,800 applications were received, representing about 9.5 times the overallotment.
Earlier reports in Hong Kong said xiaomi had a 100 per cent first-hand (200-share) sign-in rate, which means everyone has a share, with 110, 000 subscribers, of whom more than 25, 000 applied.
