Happy New Years + My SteemIt/HIVE Year End Tally

Happy New Years.

I will be finishing up my series of Christmas images on Night Cafe soon.

I generated a picture showing Champaign flowing into a flute for New Years and a person on a morning jog for New Year's Day.

I might create a second image of three wise men for the Epiphany on January 6th.

To be inclusive. I probably should generate pictures for the Orthodox Christmas on January 7th and the Orthodox Theophany on the 17th.

I liked the image of burning champaign below. So, I decided to mint it as an NFT on HiveMe.me which I am selling for 280 MEME (that is under a US penny).

Tallying my Accounts

I wasted the day tallying the coins in my SteemIt/HIVE empire. I have over 2.4 million coins worth about $3,000.

I admit, I've been a bit burned out with the SteemIt/HIVE family of sites and have decided to transition from gradually accumulating coins to sluffing off the excess.

I am ending the year with 846 STEEM POWER. I am earning 1.8 SP a week in curation rewards.

My thought is to sluff off a STEEM a week. I will also sluff off 10 HIVE a week from the other platform. That should give me about $3 to $4 a week. That might be around $15 a month income.

My goal is to live off my curation rewards; So, I will continue to power up 100% of my author rewards. My 100% upvote is currently worth $0.0054. I am one quarter of the way to my goal of having an upvote worth two pennies. I just don't see that happening in the next few years.

Maybe the price of STEEM will pop to a dollar. That would be beautiful.

Regardless. I am starting off my New Year with a steady income of 1 STEEM plus 10 HIVE.
