RE: NASA Confirms Falling Sea Levels

in #newzleakz7 years ago

Huh?

This is the opposite of what they've been telling us...

Glaciers are melting. Sea levels rising. Flooding everywhere. We're all going to be under water if this keeps up.

...and now...

NASA’s own data reveal that worldwide ocean levels have been falling for nearly two years, dropping from a variation of roughly 87.5mm to below 85mm.

What's going on???

Sort:

um...they've been lying to us?
ya think?

I know. I just wanted someone to say it. :) Actually the reason for it.. that I believe... is when the salt water evaporates, it rains down as fresh water.

We're consuming fresh water, and letting most of it go in the form of heat.

Too many humans drinking. They say that every drop of water on this planet stays on this planet. That's true...

But when you have a bunch of humans running around (and growing exponentially), a lot of that water is now in human tissue and doesn't make its way back to the ocean.

So ocean levels decreasing, and human levels increasing, makes sense to me.

think again.
the increase in human population...is decreasing..
some countries even have negative population growth.

Where did you read that? In general, over the last 10 years, it has been increasing.

I don't care what stats say its decreasing. It is completely wrong to think that is even possible. Yes, birth rates are decreasing, yes, certain countries have negative population. But world population rates over the last 10 years have increased and will continue to increase.

This is a long-term, global problem. Not a country specific, nor short-term stat problem.

Just to clarify, this graph shows that the "growth rate" decreases, not the actual population. This means that the population still grows, but slower when compared to 50 years ago, and it will be increasing for at least the next 100 years. I think @intelliguy misunderstood your comment and interpreted it as "the world population is decreasing".
