Steemit in Nigeria (Nigerian Content Creators Next Employer)

in #nigeria7 years ago (edited)

Nigerians are hardworking and creative people, but how much money do they earn for all the contents created, shared, commented on, and liked? Except if they monetize their contents on sites like youtube, the contents will be free.
Of recent if you don’t have upto 10,000 youtube views, you wont be able to monetize your content. Despite this inability to raise money from contents, Nigerians are relentless, they keep creating more and more content with the hope that someday all their hardwork will pay off. Facebook makes billions of dollars annually and pays nothing to all the content creators who kept them in the business.
Huge percentage of Nigerian graduates are jobless, and they have no options than to stay back at home (their safe harven) glued to their computers, creating contents for free on the social network.
Many of this youths hardly live on 200 naira per day ($0.7), because of high rate of unemployment.
Steemit on the other hand knows the value of content and time, that’s why they’ve created a platform for every content creator, www.steemit.com .
Steemit, being a blogging, social news service and social networking website built on the blockchain database called steem is very well going to improve the life of Nigerians if introduced. Steemit don’t just pay for contents, they also pay for comments and upvotes. This is what my people have been waiting for.IMG_20170929_194617.jpg
I see steemit recording huge achievements after the steemit in Nigeria event, as Nigerians has long been waiting for this type of a platform.
Steemit will be a dream comes through for everyone in Nigeria. I in person will be among the benefactors and campaigner to every relentless Nigerian content creator who have been waiting for the ship to arrive.
I will be their to learn how to use steemit effectively, how to create effective contents and to know more about blockchain.
