IS STEEMEXCHANGER.NG NOW A SCAM?
It has become expedient that I write this post concerning my recent experience with @steemexchanger
I have been active on Steemit since January 2018 and it has been a wonderful platform.
Steemexchanger.ng has also been a great platform as I have not personally had any issues prior to this time with them. My transactions are smooth and without hitches. I convert my steem and SBD to naira and it is directly credited to my Nigerian bank account.
About one month ago, I made a withdrawal request of 4,624.00 naira to my bank account. As I am typing this, I'm yet to be credited. There is no phone number on the site but there is a button you can use to register your complain. I have done that severally but no one has reached out to me.
At this point, I don't know how to reach across them than to make this post. I have nothing to gain tagging or labelling a legitimate company as a "SCAM". I need them to talk to me.
